I had a situation with the Rutherford branch today and left a horrible review a few hours ago but as I am sitting here I realized that I have to praise the North Arlington branch for what the Rutherford branch neglected to help me with today ! I was lied to and dismissed by the not only the teller but the manager as well at the Rutherford branch . Leaving there pretty upset I decided to drive two towns over to this branch as one last shot for Bank of America before I notified corporate . I was greeted by Charles who was exceptional and was able to help me with no obstacles ! Thank you Charles! The Rutherford branch should sit by you and learn a few things about...

Maybe just me and the times I go through, usually early afternoon...but there are always lines out the door and one teller working. It's maybe backed up because there's no forms for depositing or withdrawal out anywhere, and they have to be filled out up there? I wouldn't know, I get frustrated and do what I can with the ATM and leave.

Only plus is that drive up ATM. Fairly easy.

The North Arlington branch is really going downhill. I was just there, a FRIDAY morning, and there were 7 people in line and ONE teller. Not his fault, he was as fast as he could be. And rhis is not the first time this happened. But come on!! Where's all this customer service they tout?? Don't they know Kearny Bank is now open right across...
