Vikings Deli & Grill — Restaurant in North Arlington

I hate writing 1 star reviews but my goodness. I've lived in North Arlington for a few years now and never visited the deli. So when it popped up on DoorDash I decided to do a pick up order. I was surprised with how large the menu was. However, that's the only compliment I can give because I think the large menu overwhelms the staff (1 person working). I was excited to order the waffle, but they called and said they didn't have it so they issued me a refund. I also ordered the turkey sub and it was missing ingredients (there were no onions, oil, vinegar) the sandwich was dry. The beef empanada was cold when I received it and looked nothing like the picture on their DoorDash page. I received the notice that my order was ready for pickup and when I got there it wasn't. I ordered a sandwich on Good Friday in the afternoon and told the girl my order for her to not get it right even after I repeated myself 3 times. I mean it's really not that hard to just put turkey, ham and Swiss with some lettuce and condiments but I only got ham and cheese, and more then likely charged full price for something I didn't even receive. To make it worse, it wasn't even busy. I guess if I want a sandwich done right, gotta go...

Ok, so I just received my order from this place via Uber eats. I ordered a North Arlington Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. First off, I have no idea what sandwich they gave us, but it definitely wasn’t a wrap and definitely not the North Arlington wrap. There’s barely and meat on it either lol not worth 7.99. The Buffalo chicken sandwich. Terrible. Tastes like it was left out in the Sahara sun. Never coming back....
