This place was the WORST EVER!! Terrible, rude customer service on 5 separate occasions. When I dropped off my device I explained that I was on a short timeline & wanted to order a replacement if it couldn't be repaired. They said that they couldn't even tell me when my device would be looked at, but could only proved the date it would be ready. I was given a receipt that promised the date my device was to be ready. When I called on the date specified to confirm that it was ready to pick up, I was told they hadn't looked at it yet & they weren't sure when it would be. I had to remind them of their deadline specified on the receipt they provided & insist that they honor their guarantee. Very hesitantly, they agreed that they would try to repair it & would contact me if they had it ready by that day. They called me a short time later & said that they weren't able to repair it because there was a piece missing. (I had disassembled the device myself to replace the battery & had it working afterward but was too rough & broke a solder when closing everything, which is why I took it in for repair, so I knew exactly what it looked like when working & knew without a doubt that all pieces were present and intact except for the repair that I specified it needed when I dropped it off.) When I picked it up I learned that rather than making the one solder that was needed to reattach two small pieces, they damaged it worse, breaking off the two more pieces. To make it worse they had the audacity to blame the damage on me, saying that there was a piece missing. The piece they claimed was missing doesn't even exist on my device! When I explained that to them. They rudely told me that they were the experts & I didn't know what I was talking about. Rather than argue with them, I simply told them I would be posting a review & left the business. They made no attempt to apologize, no offer to repair it properly (without charge), or otherwise make it right. I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS - if I could rate it...

I went in today for a cell phone battery replacement. The young lady working it kept arguing with me saying it’s not the battery without even checking it. She kept telling me that it was because I am using an after market charger, which I’m not. She then told me to buy a new charger (my charger is less than a month old). I asked her how many chargers would I need? “Keep buying until one works”. Ummm... are you serious? I have four factory chargers as I keep them in various places. I’ve had this battery issue before, I had it last year and my husband is also in this field and he agreed the battery seemed flakey. The iOS said the battery was deteriorating. In fact, this is where I had it replaced which the girl couldn’t find me in the system. She then tells me to leave and to come back in 30 min. Why leave? You have a couch and TV for a reason, but we were told in no uncertain terms to leave. We went and had lunch and came back at 1. She comes back and as she is handing me my phone back she puts a very sticky sticker on the back with my password! If you didn’t have the sticker on before WHY attach it when it’s going back to its owner?? It’s hard to get the residue off now and it’s driving me nuts. Oh and by the way, the battery replacement is working wonderfully. Never going back here...

Great customer service. A little slow on the turnover time though. When I first took my receiver in they told me it could take up to a week to diagnose it and that they would call me once they find out the problem. I never got a call so I checked back a couple different times to check the update. Long story short it ended up being about a month after I took it in when they called me back. The owner took the time to call me personally and update me on the situation with my receiver. She was very friendly and got everything taken care of for me. Once I got my receiver, the technician even took the time to show me some of the different features that I didn't know it had. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else and I will for sure use them again myself. My only advice based off my experience is understand that it could be a quick fix or it could take a while so do not expect it...
