So I went into Krogers around 11:30ish on December 6th, 20016 because that is where the closest Starbucks was and my family thought it would be nice to grab some coffee. Well, the first thing we were greeted with was a rude employee. Her name is Christine. She never smiled and we literally felt like we needed to seriously leave.
So my mother-in-law order her drink and Christine asked if "whip cream?" She didn't say "Would you like whip cream on that?" No.. it was literally just how it was said... "whip cream?" So then I told her what I wanted and the same thing happened. I was starting to get annoyed. Then my mother-in-law wanted to add money on her rewards card and Christine said, "You should of told me from the beginning because now I have to clear your order." Um so how are we suppose to know that? All the sign on the registered said that if we want cash back we need to tell them before the order. There was nothing on that sign that said to tell the batista before had if you want to add to your rewards apps.
At this rate, I told my mother-in-law (very loudly so Christine can hear, "I seriously think we should go somewhere else." Then she kept asking for mother's account number. We looked at each other because we have never had this much problems with a Starbucks. Like ever. I could understand if she didn't know how to do it and if she told us but to come out like a jerk by the way she acted was unacceptable.
I have worked in customer service/management and I clearly know the difference of treating customers the right and wrong way. I understand people have there bad days but leave it at home. Not at work.
All that I have said was 100% true. I have read reviews when I have worked customer service and many people exaggerate on their reviews but this is no exaggeration. So I highly NOT recommend this starbucks to ANYONE! But if you do, don't let Christine take your order. So far, everyone there BUT her has been pretty nice and maybe Christine can learn a thing or two about how to treat customers the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI mobile ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and another drink. The drink they made instead was a Cold Brew w/ Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam. I asked the barista if she could remake the drink because it wasnāt what I had ordered. She just looked at me with a blank face and didnāt say a word. She proceeds to remake the drink, except she was talking to a friend and did NINE PUMPS OF VANILLA SYRUP and a MONSTROUS amount of sweet cream. My husband tasted it, and couldnāt even drink it. The drink recipe is 3 pumps of vanilla syrup and a splash of sweet cream. I politely asked for her to remake it, and she just looked at me. She said āHow do you want me to make it?ā. Then I told her the recipe (off of the app.) She proceeded to call her manager. I didnāt even ask for the manager. Anyways, I explain the situation to her. The manager remakes the drink, and shows the girl working how to properly make it. The drink came out fine. Gave this starbucks 2 stars, only because my other items were ok. If you see an african american girl with blonde hair,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery employee here has an attitude problem. Or genuine lack of customer service skills. They just stare at you and say nothing most of the time. Coming here is very unpleasant. I think they secretly hate me at this point. I make sure every order is a mobile order so Iām not pissing anyone off ā everyone there now seems bothered or depressed so Iād rather keep it simple for both parties involved. When Brent and Taylor were here the service was amazing. It made me want to actually order more and get creative with my drinks. It made me excited to go here and here ONLY for Starbucks coffee. Now Iād rather just avoid this place altogether. Time and time again when I order I receive a half empty drink. Or itās flat out wrong. I donāt say anything because I know theyāll just shrug their shoulders. I think this has something to do with the Kroger they operate under specifically because Iāve noticed the Kroger is also really unorganized and has...
