Dishonest! Ripped me off on a $200 coin. When I found out through a coin dealer that it was counterfeit, I returned to inform the owner.(assuming he probably didn't know) He passively accused me of tampering with the holder it was in. I explained to him rationally that nothing had been tampered with and the coin wasn't removed from the case. He accepted no accountability and refused to honor my complaint. He was very rude and insulted me several times. I even came in again to try and get my money back and be cordial with the man who previously insulted me. Again, he continued to accuse me of the coin not being the same one he had sold me. I know now to not trust older gentleman who at first appear to be a kind man. Tom is a really chill guy. He bought the shop when he retired, and runs thing as a hobby. He has a lot of really high quality merchandise. Mostly guns, knives, and jewellery. It isn't a bunch of cluttered junk like most pawn shops.

Bought a star saphire ring for my wife here for quite a bit of $$$$, when she had it appraised by the family jewler/gemologist in OH it was discovered that the stone was not the real deal (unique attributes in sunlight). BE owner still claims it's real, but I have every reason to believe we over paid. 2 stars as I don't rightly trust the place...
