Coos Bay Escape Room — Attraction in North Bend

I have been there multiple times over the last couple years and it has been good. I’ve tried multiple times this week to go in and book a room at different hours of the day and every time it has said be right back and both entrances were locked. Wednesday evening I even walked around the mall for an hour occasionally passing by to see if anyone was there and no one ever came back. Leaving a time of when they would be back would probably be helpful. In addition to that I have called several times and left a voicemail today to try and get a room this evening and nothing. Went by this evening at 7:40. Intended to buy a gift card for Christmas. Both online and store windows say open. Staff and patrons were inside and the lights were on. But the door was locked. Made contact with the Employee and asked if they were open and she said no. I pointed out that the sign in her window says open and a separate sign with hours said 9 PM and she walked over like she was gonna fix them, but did not even answer the door to see what we wanted or explain why they were closed during normal business hours. I love this place. Absolutely a wonderful recreational activity that this area desperately needs. It’s great because I live in a family of brainiacs so we always complete the courses, and we always enjoy them a lot.
