I have been going to this pharmacy about a year and half when I had my private insurance they were always treating me nicely. Since I lost my job and have to have Medicare, I never been treated like this ever!!! So Horrible!! They don’t want to make my Perscription for generic name brand Medicine (generic) for the cost of what insurance pays them because they loose money and ever since I have got Medicare this pharmacy fist said you should get Horizon Medicare and then your insurance will pay us for this particular generic medicine and I get Horizon Medicare they say you should not cancel Amerigroup. What is going on with you guys??? I am here to pickup the PX why would pharmisists and İnsurance companies makes patients life miserable going through all these difficulties. As of a patient I already have enough suffering physically and I should never been through additional problems through you guys. I asked the Pharmacist how much will my prescription cost if I won’t choose to go with my Medicare plan and if I pay out of pocket she told me : (pharmacist name Piria) Now we are talking . She made it clear that money talks saying “ Now we talking” and didn’t want to give the medicine insurance coast of pay. Read moreThis pharmacy should end the UPS Pickup and Drop-off packaging deal, because they clearly don't know how to handle it, or how to handle customers. A lady and the manager yelled at my mother today. My mother is an elderly lady, who's been really sick lately and her health is fragile. She usually picks up her packages in your pharmacy and never had any trouble. My mother forgot her ID today and I understand you need the ID to process the pickups but she showed you a copy of her ID that she has on her phone, and instead of guiding her or kindly tell her that she needed the ID in order to get the package, the lady told my mom that her voice was "annoying" and that she was making her nervous. My mother only speaks Spanish and the manager, very rudely, told her to speak English only. My mom came back home very tense and she was shaking. She told me that you banned her from the pharmacy and told her never to ship her packages there again. That was clearly rude and uncivilized. My mother was crying and you made her anxious. My advice to you is that if you don't like working with people or you lack customer service skills, look for another job where you can't hear people's voices so you don't...
Read moreI was going to Atlas for about 10years this last year they started giving me problems first they said I live to far but the pharmacist Joe would say it's OK they had already kicked out five or more people that I know but Joe finded them another pharmacy but when he left they told me I could know longer come there they wasn't giving me all my meds I didn't know until I went to another pharmacy in Dec. I had to beg Scolett for my meds and she made me pay cash for my pain meds and said she told me not to come back which she didn't the next month I went back first she told them to tell me they were on back order after she said they would have it Monday I had to beg her to give me my pain meds that I needed then she kicked me out after she gave them to me the other people she kicked out were on pain management been coming for years all black African American she is knew and racist I have never seen a black person work in there or come in there she renplaced joethat was very niceI didn't know she wasn't giving me all my meds until I finded another pharmacy I thank God I don't have to be worried bout my meds anymore and God...
