I encountered an extremely frustrating situation recently. I drove for 11 minutes with a flat tire, only to find that the person at BJ's didn't respond when I arrived. Their website incorrectly states that they close at 8 PM, but I got there at 6:15 PM and found the doors locked. As a long-time BJ's member, I expected better service. The person in the shop could have easily helped me with a quick tire repair, which would have taken just 15 minutes, but instead, I was left to change the tire myself in freezing weather. This is unacceptable customer service. In my experience working in retail, I always prioritize assisting customers, especially in tough situations. I urge others to reconsider visiting this location, as their commitment to customer care is clearly lacking. The hours posted on the website also need to be corrected; closing at 6 PM instead of 8 PM...

I had a tire pressure sensor issue that was caused by BJ Tire Center when I went to get my tires changed. BJ Tire Center employees claimed it was broken and I needed to buy a whole new sensor from them. However, after going to my mechanics at Lee Family Auto for an entirely separate issue, not only did Lee Family Auto Repair fix the sensor issue, but they didn’t even mention to me that they fixed it. Either BJs didn’t know that the tire sensor wasn’t actually broken (which is an extremely simple check) which signifies incompetence, or they caused the issue in the first place and lied to me to pocket the money themselves without ordering a new sensor which...

Service is amazing, the guys that work there are terrific for the most part. Scheduling is terrible. I ordered tires on a Friday morning and was told 3-4 business days to get the tires and the job done. I call back next thursday and they tell me that they have the tires but can’t do the tires until friday afternoon. People have schedules. I have been driving on a spare donut tire for a week now, waiting patiently. If you will not get the job done within a week, tell your customers. I will stick to the BJs tire center in East Rutherford. Better scheduling and they stick to their word. If they say you will have your tires on your car in 3-4 business...
