Western Carriers Inc operates two warehouses located about 5 miles apart, but with traffic, it can take around 20 minutes to travel between them. It’s very important to double-check with your broker to confirm which warehouse you're supposed to go to. Both locations stop taking trucks at 3:00 PM, so any mix-up can cost you valuable time. In our case, we were initially given the address for one warehouse but the actual pickup was at the other. It turned into a bit of a rollercoaster, especially since it was near the end of the day.
