Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in North Bergen

The employees a lot of the time are rude and unprofessional which really stinks for the very FEW good ones. They close before they are suppose to, website says 9, they close at 8. They don’t pay attention and cross contaminate dairy with non dairy. When they stack cups (cause you’re getting 2 of the same drink) one gets made correct, the other is a hit or miss. I have had a stomach ache all day because they stacked my cups and gave me regular milk and no chai or gingerbread on one of the drinks. I’m lactose intolerant and vegan hence why I asked for oat milk and 2 of the same exact drinks. I thought I was making it easier...

First off, good morning! Politeness im giving is due to the lovely lady who made sure I had my delicious morning matcha. It's been one of those tough mornings but coming into this Starbucks just entirely changed my vibe. This Starbucks does not have a “Starbucks” atmosphere. If that’s what you’re looking for then don’t go. It’s located in Target and the upside to the location is that the seating area is very spacious and if you’re like me and want to have some good coffee while you’re studying, this is the place to go. Let’s face it every other Starbucks is very crowded and loud and you can hardly ever grab a hold of an outlet.
