Clean & relaxing. The tech I had was very nice. She only spoke a little English, though occasionally someone else nearby could translate my questions or requests. She did not seem to initially understand what I was describing for the nail decal. We were able to work it out somewhat though I gave up on the second nail. One decal was hanging loose on the edge when she was done. I pointed it out and she pressed it down, saying “don’t worry.” Someone else came to check it and said it was ok. She applied another layer of clear coat or something but the edge was still uplifted ~3mm in the air. Needless to say it fell off on its own within an hour of leaving the place. Overall, I would say it’s a good place to go for a basic gel but I wouldn’t recommend getting decals- or maybe they need to be centered rather than approximating the edge of the nail as I had...
