Do not purchase anything from BoB Discount Furniture you will regret it!! I purchased my bedroom set dining room and living room set and I cryed so hard because on the day of delivery they canceled so many times and rescheduled. For my bedroom vanity they installed it wrong it can’t even stand properly and they left it like that telling me the item has something wrong they will switch it with a new one, but in the day of the new set delivery it got cancelled they say the driver took wrong route. Imagine the glass staying in my bedroom not even standing a properly and I have kids I called customer service and asked the to take it since it’s not safe for my children, but all they do apologize and offer a$200 the vanity delivered in the 3 rd week. When they deliver my couch the brought to left sides instead of one right and one left side, so we waited for that to be delivered in a half couch for a month. The leg for the couch’s are still broken since day one, but I’m tired to argue with them the rescheduling team and manager are not really helpful I don’t like begging for the item I purchased on my Own money. They delivered totally wrong dining set and when I asked the one I originally ordered takes two months, so they want me to wait with a wrong table that doesn’t even much my household items. Now it has been two months they send the dining set, but the delivery person refused to wear a shoe cover. I have kids who has allergies and I offered him a plastic cover he refused stating his shoe is clean. The delivery team doesn’t even speak English so it was very hard to communicate with them. The guy get so upset and I was fearing for my life my family was telling me to call 911. They waisted my day for nonsense reasons and I took off from work just to wait and hear the managers saying sorry we can do anything.. they’re not helpful! Now 3rd time for my correct dinning set delivery the delivery guy call me and told me he doesn’t have the leg for the furniture 🙄 he told me they have to reschedule for fourth time. delivery help team lead call me I asked her to speak to manager and she was saying there is no one available after I waited 25 minutes on the call. After an hour a rude resolution team called IVIE Rosveitcher said the item is cancelled and her team is trying to put it back. I was in shock! No I don’t even have a hope to get my dining table. I spent $11,000 on Bobs furniture, but I will never buy anything in my life anymore, and I don’t recommend no one to go through what I been through the last two months. Go somewhere else the stress doesn’t worth it! Very very bad management and delivery team! There sales are great to make you purchase stuff, but what is the point if it’s not going to be delivered on the schedule day plus in a proper condition. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!

Read moreI need to amend my original review. That review was before the delivery debacle. My delivery date was set and my time was chosen for me like a lottery. I adhered to this time and made sure to be available. I stayed up for hours despite having worked the night before.
I have NO PROOF that they actually came. The company stated that pics were taken as proof, but I have yet to see these alleged pics. I sat near the door and NOBODY ever came.
If you're an Acceptance Now Customer make sure that all goes well before your bill comes due because you have to pay whether you have the merchandise or not and there's no empathy or service recovery in that department just, "Show me the money" and "I can cancel your order" if you have any complaints.
If you order from them, be prepared for a myriad of varied stories and variations on policy which seems to be open to interpretation. The customer service after you sign on the dotted line leaves much to be desired.
Put a LARGE SIGN on your door that says KNOCK HARD because they don't offer the courtesy of a phone call upon arrival because that somehow creates a humongous inconvenience and workload for the delivery people which seem to be a separate entity from the store and from everything.
No one seems to be directly connected to anyone outside of the store.
Amazing customer service inside the store.... From beginning to end, will definitely recommend to others with a warning and a precautionary tale.
Deon greeted me at the door. I described what I wanted and he took me straight to it. He didn't give me a hard sell which I liked. I explained that I have challenged credit and he assisted with that process with the help of Lance who was equally amazing and accommodating. Considering, I was just coming off shift and was exhausted.
The other manager that scheduled my delivery was also pleasant and professional as well as Josh the manager.

Read moreStopped by this location twice, a year apart from each other. The first time I came into the store, I had literally just moved and was in need of new furniture. Because I was on a budget and needed some things in a hurry, I was willing to take a look at their clearance section in the back room. A sales person helped me pick a rather decent piece of furniture considering it was on clearance. Him and I got more than half-way through the sale, until out of nowhere another salesperson from further back claimed that the same piece of furniture I was in the process of purchasing had already been purchased earlier that week. Disappointed by their disorganization and unprofessionalism, I just left. I did however return a year later with a family member. My family picked out a black leather reclining couch and paid out of pocket for it to be delivered. He noted he wanted it to be delivered ASAP and would pay extra for that accommodation (if at all possible) however, Bob’s Furniture stated the couch would be delivered within a certain date (30 days). If that wasn’t inconvenient enough, weeks later he then received a text/email from Bob’s Furniture stating that the delivery was delayed and had to be rescheduled. On top of that, Bob’s Furniture changed the time of delivery twice. To be honest, I think it might have been a little more tolerable if the delivery were free instead it being so high, and not having to work around all these problems and inconsistencies of others. A customer shouldn’t have to encounter issues with deliveries especially when paying out of pocket for that service. If it’s free, then hey, that would make a little more sense. Also, having to rearrange ones work schedule multiple times so that one is available for their delivery also in a huge inconvenience.
