K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in North Bethesda

Great for men's suits and would you believe women's clothing as well! I never knew they had women's clothing, shoes, hand bags and many other accessories. Anyway, I digress. We went in for a men's suit. We had a very nice gentleman measure my daughters boyfriend and then he assisted with finding suits within the budget. We came away with three great suits! Very fair pricing and customer service is great. The suits fit so well that they only needed hemming. We needed one suit the next day, so we put a rush on that one suit. Would you believe they had all three ready when I went in to pick up the first suit?! There is only one reason I am unable to give 5 stars. Someone is not doing their job! It was very frustrating with two suits that we all liked. The jacket was the size we were looking for, but when going to try on the pants, we found that they were not the right/correct size to be paired with the same jacket. This happened with two suits! It should not have happened at all since it is not allowed to mix the sizes of the suits! For any customers thinking about doing this, please try working with the separates before messing up the suits for others. To the employees who are supposed to check these items, please...

I used to enjoy shopping at the K&G Rockville location when I discovered it in July/August 2024, but the last 3 times with 2/9 being the final time. The service has been awful!!!

October, I shopped on a final day sale, opened my text to show the code, but was told I had to have shopped the day before to get the discount. I never understood that, no one could explain, so I left everything there. The second time, they forgot to enter the code, and 2/9 was it!!! I had a text for buy 1, get 1 half off, and asked why that wasn't being done. Had to ring my order back over. I asked about 3 men's shirts I placed with my order. I was told they were in my bag, i didn't see them and assumed they were. After I paid and checked the bag before I left, there were no shirts. They had been placed on another empty register for whatever reason. The cashier rang them up and I was told I couldn't reuse my same discount code because of their mistake, instead, $5 off.

My friend needed a shirt for a wedding this Saturday and we had gone all over town (literally) looking for a simple white button down collar shirt, no where. While we were in Frederick, MD. we called around to other stores and Mr. Howard answered in Rockville, because we were about to go 2 hours to Waldorf, MD. He was pleasant and friendly and very helpful. He told us what he had and that he'd hold it for us to pick up. We'll when we got there, he was leaving for the day. He told the young lady to help us, but then he put his belongings down and did it himself. When the shirt wasn't the right fit, he searched for another and another until he found the right one. He also helped with the EXACT tie he needed. But it didn't so there. The suit we had just purchased at another store, he had the seamstress to Rush the alterations for us. Of course he couldn't guarantee anything, but he did. We are very pleased with his service, dedication and customer friendly posture. I give him 5 stars for his sales...
