Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I went to pizza hut on Nicholson Lane after purchasing 4 pizza and was trying to use some of my bonus points to get 1 additional pizza but it wasn't working on my phone. I went in the store and asked the cashier why the app wasn't working and he turned to the manager, I believe his name was Arthur, who instead of saying, "I apologize sometimes the app has issues" instead he hollers out "I'm ain't giving you nothing and I'm ain't changing nothing". I told him that I not looking for something for free, I just bought 4 pizzas. I was just asking about my reward points. Mind you, I'm almost 70 yrs old and a US Army veteran, I have never been talked to like that in my life and it won't begin now. To top that off, not only was the manager rude, obnoxious and disrespectful, I got all the way home and I wasn't even given the right pizzas. I had to go all the way back to the store and demanded a full refund and you can rest assure that I will NOT return to that Pizza Hut again. Very disappointing, poor management and completely...

I have given this specific Pizza Hut location so many chances. I am in love with the cheesy breadsticks and thought their $5 deals were too good to miss out on.

Unfortunately, every time I order for delivery there has been a problem. They don't come to the right door even though we explicitly tell them "go to the side door" multiple times for each order (duplex problems?), they arrive way too late more times than not - to the point where I question if I'm even going to eat dinner that night, and they actually forgot my marinara for my beloved cheese sticks. And we always order extra!

It's just too much. I can't ignore how much the employees at this location don't even care, any longer. It's unfortunate this is the only Pizza Hut that delivers to my neighborhood. I don't think I'll be able to order from here again. RIP...

This place is the worst. We placed an order at 12:30pm it took 3 hrs for us to get it. They didnt have pizza hut drivers so doordash was delivering orders. The delivery person took it to wrong place. Then hung up on me. I called to complain the person on the phone said the driver would pick the food back up. Who wants food that has been sitting in some random hall way for who knows how long. Finally got our food at 3:45pm. Luckily we were delivered fresh pizza.

Tried to give the place a second chance. Placed an order did pick up this time. They still messed up our order. We ordered 16 wings & 3 large hand tossed pizzas. We received 8 wings & 3 thin crust pizzas and the toppings were wrong.
