The owner and his son do not honor their free shipping policy. I bought $8000 worth of inventory because they had a free shipping special if you bought over $7500. They charged me shipping and when I called them they told me that the free shipping offer was no longer in effect. Two days after I got my shipment they had a special for free shipping for orders over $1000. I called them again telling them I would have waited a week on my $8000 order if they had told me about the special and asked them to refund my shipping. The owner Dinesh refused to talk with me. His son Chintan told me he would not refund my shipping but if I ordered more product they would give me free shipping. They do not have good ethics... UPDATE. now they are lying about the buy amount on their reply. How convenient where the dates for their special falls in relation to when I ordered. It is too bad I did not think to keep the emails. THESE OWNERS ARE LIARS... how convenient that their special started within two days of me receiving my shipment. ...

I was premature in giving them by previous high rating. I discovered that my order for 88 items resulted in 32 of the items not being shipped. And I received no notice ot the shortfall. I contacted the company and got a straightforward explanation that they did not currently have systems in place to properly address this situation. They hope to rectify the situation, but if you place an order with them, best to contact customer service to see if they have the items in stock. This is potentially a good wholesale resource. But they have serious work to do. It's obviously easy to find other resources on the Internet. I will restore my high rating when they...
