I had the worst customer service experience at this store when doing two Amazon returns on June 18,2024 around 8-8:30 pm. I request the manager to find this staff (I am sure you can find her from work schedule or just looking at the cameras between 8-8:30 pm) and teach her how to behave to a customer! First, this young girl who was working at customer service told me that she did the returns but wouldn't give me any receipt because the printer was out of paper!?! Really?? At Staples? OMG that was tragicomic! I took a photo from her scanner as a proof. After I left the store, I wasn't really happy with her service and couldn't be sure if she did the transaction correct, so I logged in my Amazon account and checked to see if she did the returns correctly and she DIDN'T! I had to go back to store again and lost 20 more minutes! When I got there, she didn't accept that she did a mistake and she kept saying that the system wouldn't accept the return because she already did it which was not CORRECT. She basically wanted to get rid of me. After I insisted more, she did the return again and this time it was done. She didn't say sorry or anything and just left without saying anything. This young girl was very rude! If she doesn't know how to do basic return, she shouldn't work there. Rude and unhelpful photo center manager Tori for passport photo. Tried working with 2 associates prior to getting to her and none were able to figure out how to print my 2x2 passport photo. Did the exact same process a few months ago with Harold and it worked fine (only reason for giving more than 1 star) even paid for the official passport formatting online this time and was told (by his manager) how they don’t have the skills that Harold does..by his manager… who is supposed to have more knowledge, no?
She wasn’t interested in helping to direct me on what to do, just said “we don’t know” and gave increasing attitude to each question I had of trying to understand what was needed of me. Her associates were more helpful and professional to be honest. When asking when Harold came in, she was dodgy and tried not to give me a time until pressed, then as I’m leaving I hear the other associate saying “he can’t do it either” and the manager trying to shush her telling her to let me come in and find out, so clearly hoping to waste my time
Reported her and the store to corporate since it felt very unprofessional and they weren’t able to get the job done that they advertise, while giving me such attitude

Read moreThis place has everything “staple” in it for your office and WFH needs. Problem is they have surplus of everything that a lot of items are strewn on the floor.
They have good offers on select items and we got a lot of items from our last visit. The Print section seemed pretty busy as a lot of foot traffic was going into that direction only. The checkout was smooth as the staff was quick and kind.
The reason I rate this store two stars less is for the reason that it is not well-kept. There were ladders in the middle of the walking aisles, items on the floor or busy employees stacking up items during business hours.
One thing is really commendable about this place is, it being wheelchair friendly with respect to its entrance and the washroom. This is where it is even more important to keep the items in their places so that people can traverse through...
