Five Guys — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

I didn't eat red meat for a while, I am in the process of stopping. I don't eat at McDonald's or Burger King on Wendy's,The only place I'll have a Burger at once in a while is 5 guys. It was about 9:30 last night and everything in me and outside of me was telling me not to do it but I had a fierce craving for a 5 guys Burger and fries. As I was halfway through the Burger, as I bit down on that last bite right before you swallow, I felt something like a grain of sand something was grainy. Why would I feel something grainy in my hamburger? I have heard some horror stories and even seeing videos about the things that happen to people's food in fast food restaurants and they are still served to customers. I won't go into detail as to what I thought could have happened to my Burger but I will say this, My craving for anything from 5 guys is cured. In fact I am being discouraged from eating at any fast food restaurants or outside restaurants in general. Maybe they just was ready to go home it was the end of the night and they just didn't want to be bothered. Well they won't have to be bothered with me ever again. I felt sick just thinking about why my burger would have something grainy in it....

I just got off the phone with a very rude “manager” so he says his name is RJune Patel…I asked for my fries to be hot because I’m ordering off of Uber eats and I know for sure the fries are supposed to be cooked on arrival of the customer. I got hung up on when asked for his name. I called back no answer then when i tried the third time Mr Patel tells me something is wrong with the phones and he was trying to tell me his name but I actually heard him hang up on me. He told me he don’t know if my fries are hot because they picked them up which was a lie because the driver was still there. I will never order from here again this is the worse one to go to! Since I got an undercooked burger from here I never went back but I guess Uber eats put it to this place I would much rather...

I come often to five guys. I know thr amount. Its pretty generous and at times can fill 2 people. I got regular fries and it appeared less than what it should be. I thought maybe they got it wrong .I asked the lady who filled it if this is regular? I opened my bag and said is this really regular?? Without looking inside bag she says yes and goes about her business inside kitchen area. Ignored it seemed. I was with my kids and we had swim class really soon. I was thinking maybe they padded the fries down really well. Got to car and really it was just a handful. $6 of regular fries...literally a handful of few fries which also weren't filled cooked through. Kids were hungry. Picked n choose which to eat of the 5 to 6 they could eat and rest went into the garbage. Please...
