Lovely showroom! Beautiful finishes and selection. Terrible customer service. We drove close to an hour to shop here for a very large renovation project. Owner made me feel as though we were interrupting her. When I came back 2 days later to return the samples I had borrowed, I had difficulty getting her to look up from the computer to acknowledge me and help me with the boards I was returning. Then, she walked away from helping me to help another customer who came in after me and who asked for a price, and then she continued on with them to choose grout colors for their 14 sq ft fireplace surround project. BEWARE! My parents purchased a pellet stove and installation from this company over a year ago August last year and we are now in September) and they have yet to install it. Every time I call it is just another lie or run around "ill call you back and straighten it all out!" "they will be there tomorrow" "the lift is on another job" "we can't trailer the lift to the house" I would never recommend anyone go through this. Dealing with Berkshire Hills Design for cabinets has been a total nightmare. It ended up delaying a major renovation project by over 2 months with false promises as to delivery dates or order dates. While it may be a supplier issue, ultimately, getting accurate and complete information is their responsibility and they have totally failed to do that. While the time order was delivered on a timely basis, the cabinet order has been a mess. They clearly need new suppliers. I recommend them for tile. For...
