I typically do not rate food badly, ever. Unless I really am just unhappy. But tonight we got two veal Parm grinder’s for pick up And a large Caesar salad and everything was absolutely subpar. The veal was dry and rubbery instead of soft and tender, I can understand breading being soft when you get home under heat and steam in the box that is normal and I expect that... but I don’t expect dry rubbery veal, The Caesar salad was just legitimately not a Caesar salad. The lettuce was not crisp and fresh it was floppy and soft and bruised and the dressing was extremely oily. The croutons were mushy and soft.
I called to just let them know and I get an explanation about the breading, Which was not even what I was trying to say in the first place. I finally had to just say look I’m just letting you know... if it can save the next folks order and all...
I dunno, Just not happy. Don’t know what else to say. I’ve gotten pizza from these guys plenty of times and it’s really good and maybe that is what they are really good at? Sorry to write this, maybe next time...
Read moreThe food is amazing. The manager is always friendly and super professional…….. the downfall to this place is that they have a drunk guy in the back making your food. So when he isnt intoxicated, the pizzas are actually worth the price. Beware people…… THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT, is partnering up/has partners that bought out pretty much every pizza shop there is out in canaan…….. the same people now own Roma’s, Stateline, And Mizza’s pizza………. The only thing they did was keep the same recipies and/or tweaked them up a bit……… so dont go there complaining about the other two pizza shops. Because they love making fun of their customers that do that. Considering they are all owned by the same owner/family…… just be careful who you support. Once certain people get too greedy, they forget the public was the one who got them to the high horse...

Gary was incredibly thoughtful — as vegetarians, we often have limited options, but he prepared a special pizza just for us, and it was fantastic. The staff was also especially kind and welcoming toward our toddler, making her feel right at home, which meant a lot to us.
It was a pleasure chatting with Chef Scott, whose passion for his work really came through, and the new receptionist, Joselin, greeted us with genuine warmth.
