First, I will start by saying that I’ve been a customer since they opened. I usually buy my jeans from this boutique. I purchased a pair of Liverpool jeans, only worn them a FEW times and as you can see from the pictures that the jeans were defective. There was a string hanging in the waistband and one pull the entire waistband pulled away!!! Crazy that happened. And it happened during last Saturday’s OSU game. Anyway, I took the jeans back yesterday hoping that they would offer me a new pair since once again they were made incorrectly, The girl behind the counter couldn’t have been the least bit interested or helpful. I explained what happened and she said she would have to text the owner. I waited and the girl said that since I purchased them last winter there was nothing they could do. No apologies. Needless to say, I will never shop at Mainstream Boutique again. Warning to other customers! This is how they treat...

This is such a cute store! A little pricier than traditional stores but it’s completely worth it. The clothes feel one of a kind, the quality is amazing. Wow I will continue to brag about and give praise to this boutique. Never in my 36 years of life have I received such amazing customer service it was by far one of my best shopping experiences.
