I normally am not one to complain or leave reviews in general, but as a customer who spends on average $10-$11 a day at Starbucks I feel as though I should share that I am routinely getting horrible service and wrong orders for food and drinks that are not exactly what I would consider to be cost effective to begin with. Therefore, I am in essence wasting quite a bit of money on being disappointed. This store, which is the only convenient location for me otherwise I would not even bother going back, is horrible at 1. Paying attention to customers, 2. Making correct orders, 3. Having food items in stock and 4. Getting you through the drive through line in a timely manner. For instance, this morning I was trapped, and I say trapped because one you are in line you cannot get out, in the drive thru waiting to place my order for 10 minutes, after placing my order waited for another 5 minutes, on top of which was not able to order the food item I wanted because it was out of stock, finally was driving away and took one drink of what was supposed to be a caramel macchiato only to find out that it was hot chocolate. You can imagine how frustrated I was after this excursion took in total, from start to finish, almost 20 minutes. I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but I am here to report that this happens more often than not. On top of all the mistakes, once you finally make it to the pickup window you will 90% of the time be greeted by a less than stellar employee who is too busy talking to another employee about whatever aspect of their personal life is more important than your $12 order. Or sometimes they are singing and dancing around in a completely unprofessional manner. I’m all about having fun in the workplace and enjoying the time you spend at work everyday, but not at the expense of the customers. To me, experiences like this are just unacceptable for the price you pay for the products. You would think that a large corporation like Starbucks would hold their employees to...
Read moreWent inside and waited for literally 20 minutes. I love Starbucks and their employees are usually always very nice and service is amazing. I'm not upset about the waiting, but what bothered me is that so many of the employees were not helping where needed. I've been a barista before and I know the principal of always putting customers first. I've worked at fast food before too and sometimes you just have to stay over if you're behind on tasks, as customers are always the first priority. But every employee here was working on other tasks such as trash and other things instead of helping the one girl out. She was the only one making the drinks, and the person at drive thru would keep telling her to make certain adjustments for drinks instead of helping himself, seeing as the drive thru was long and the dining area was also busy. There were 3 other people there too and none of them were helping her make drinks. I didn't get to see her name, but I'm assuming she works night shift— she was black (light-skinned) and had curly hair (sorry for the poor description, I don't retain details very well haha). She was very sweet and was making all the drinks. Just saying, they definitely should have helped her out and the management needs to do something about that. One employee should not be carrying 90%...
Read moreThis store is consistently disappointing.
There’s a female employee with dark hair who is very rude and makes customers, including me and my family, feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She has a horrendous attitude! We used to avoid going in at night. We would give chances, and think maybe it was a bad shift, but was constantly surprised she would still be scheduled and she was still disrespectful!
But now it seems that she’s been unfortunatley added to morning shifts too, mornings used to be the only saving grace here! The difference in service really was night and day. Not anymore.
I don’t usually bother with reviews, but after enough bad experiences, it’s clear this location just doesn’t value respectful customer service. I’ll stick to the other stores in the area that actually do. You’re better off at one of the other nearby Starbucks (the one by Dressler is great, the Strip is super fast, even the Target location...
