Neighborly Park Circle — Local services in North Charleston

I stopped by this neighborhood spot thinking it was really cool and even made a purchase. While cashing out, an employee (not the one ringing me up) asked how they knew me. I said I work in the neighborhood, and their response was, “Oh, were you the person who left me on hold when I called in a to-go order, and I had to walk over instead?” The comment came off as snarky and unprofessional.

For the record, I’ve never seen this individual before, and I’m not the person who takes to-go orders. Once they realized how their words sounded, they tried to backtrack, but the interaction left a bad impression.
