First time ever visiting. And it was the last time. Had some friends come into town to visit me, and we decided to go here Saturday night. Waiter was friendly and quick. Appetizers were good. But one thing ruined the entire experience, and this is why we won’t be back. My sister ordered a drink. It came out, and there was stuff floating in it. We informed the waiter, who took it back. They apparently were not aware that we could literally see them through the very large glass windows. Perhaps they didn’t think anyone would be watching, as people are normally laughing and having a good time. It just so happened our table was right in front of the glass windows, so we had a direct view. We watched as, instead of fixing a new drink, he tried to repurpose the same dirty drink! The bartender poured more redbull into it, so basically diluted the liquor (but we’re expected to pay for the alcohol, right?) and then stood there trying to fish out whatever particles were floating in it. Seriously. Then peering into the drink to see if stuff was still there. He wasn’t the only one. So you’re going to bring the same dirty drink that you and other people were all over and peering into, trying to fish out dirty floating particles and then also watered it down with Redbull. How unsanitary and disgusting. How cheap. And how unprofessional. When the waiter brought the drink back, we told them how all 4 of us sat there and watched what happened…. My sister asked for a refund. The waiter took the drink away, brought the refund, and asked if we wanted to speak with the manager. It wasn’t his fault. We declined to speak with the manager and left. We had 3 appetizers while there. They were okay, hence the 2 stars; however, if that’s what you do to the drink, I wouldn’t come back for more food. Who is to say you wouldn’t drop the pretzel on the ground accidentally, pick it up, and put it back on the plate?? Disappointing visit. Ridiculous behavior. And had we not been fortunate enough to watch what he was back there doing, she would have drank...
Read moreNice place to bring your dog. But I wouldn’t advise bringing people here if you want to eat within 3 hours of arrival. Hate to be a Karen but… we brought friends from out of town here as it was rated one of the most dog friendly patios and the food looked good but we will never be returning. The hostess whom was absent from the booth 90% of the time hanging out by the bar and inside, gave us a 45 minute wait, which was fine. We sat by the bar snd had a drink. Then shortly after we seen her seating people who had just walked up. (Still didn’t say anything it as we didn’t know if they had reservations or had already been on the list) but there was tons of empty tables. At least 70% was empty at this point, we could have at least been seated. Finally after almost an hour of watching others get seated, we asked how much longer of a wait it would be and she seated us right away. Then the server after 4 trips to the table explaining for different reasons why he didn’t have one of our beers, finally said they were out of both of the options we said we would be fine with. I get that your out, just got done with at Patrick’s day, but don’t say that they’re “getting a case from the back it’ll be out shortly” then say you’re out. I would’ve happily taken a bud light or something. Food was good, which made it a little better but was just so disappointed! Need a new hostess who can actually do her job, the servers seated more people than her as people kept piling at the door while she was off doing whatever she was doing. Good food, friendly staff, just horrible service and disorganized. If you plan on going here make sure you have a few hours set out of your day to...
Read moreThis was my first time at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I ordered lemon pepper wings one of my favorite dishes, but was highly disappointed. I went inside to return them, since my server was nowhere in sight and I had waited several minutes at my table.
I politely explained to a man in the kitchen that I didn’t like the wings and wanted to order something else. He asked if I still wanted them (I said no), then asked if the person I was with wanted them. I said no again. At that point, it felt like I was being pressured to keep food I had already said I didn’t want. Later, he brought the wings back out in a to-go box, saying he didn’t want to waste food, even though I had clearly declined twice.
When I received the bill, I noticed the wings were still on it. I told my server that I had ordered chicken tacos instead, and she went to speak with the manager. The same man I had spoken to earlier who I hadn’t realized was the manager came back out with a noticeably rude attitude. I tried to calmly explain that we shouldn’t be charged for something we didn’t want or eat, but he was dismissive and unprofessional.
In every other restaurant I’ve been to, if a customer doesn’t like a dish and politely asks for something else, the item is either taken off the bill or replaced without issue. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I just didn’t want to pay for food I didn’t eat.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but the disrespect and poor customer service were too much to ignore. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
