My sister and I both purchased custom hats, waited 3 hours for a text that they had been finished (never got the text) but went and picked them up. When we got the bags the ribbons had already fallen off the hats, while standing there. Also, the cow we had burnt into one of them was not in the correct spot. They offered to give a refund for the hat or to remake it, we told them that we would rather just have the refund if the ribbons were going to keep falling off. I had offered to keep my hat because it had my initials on it if they would give me the refund for the ribbons that wouldn’t stay on the hat. The manager proceeded to rip the bag out of my had and tell us she was going to give us a refund for all of it. As she was finishing the refund she told us that we wasted her time and money then told us to get out. After we spent $150 each for a hat the was falling apart.
