If i could I would give this establishment 0 stars. The owners are rude and yell at customers including myself. They don’t take care of there customers if you ask were something is they point in a direction and say over there, they don’t help you find anything! You can’t even get a proper greeting they down the whole time on there cell phone speaking a different language and when they do acknowledge you they just say I’d. This is the worst liquor store I’ve ever visited being in customer service myself I’d expect a little respect and a simple greeting is all not to be screamed at in front of customers and made to look like a fool over not closing a fridge door saying I was going to brake all his beer and have to pay. What people treat customers in such an aragant way never mind the smell of the place. Highly dissatisfied and will be sure to never return to this store again. We have been in this liquor store multiple times and are both RI residents. Both born in 1997, so for reference, are 27 turning 28 years old. Multiple times have had the employees question if our IDs are real or not, laughing in both my wife and I’s faces. This most recent experience not only did the employee question my wife’s ID, but told her her weight listed on her ID doesn’t “match” and that she lied about her weight and questioned why she lied about it… saying that she weighs much more than listed on her ID. This seems so unprofessional for a liquor store and should never be happening in general. I will never be returning here and will be telling everyone to not purchase from this...
