Look for yourself online. Horrible reviews saying blood stains on sheets, roaches and bed bugs. || The rooms was supposed to be unrefundable because of the "low rate". I was charged 132.99 yet when I looked online the quoted rate was 20 dollars less than what I was charged. I was additionally charged an additional tax recovery and fees of 51.28. State tax is 7% and hotel tax 6% so just what were the other fees for? On arrival, the trash bin did not have a liner, there was take out spaghetti from a previous guest left in the refrigerator, two lightbulbs were out and a window would not shut. The manager brought me a liner, took the past guest's left over food and fixed the window. However, when I said that he might want to tell the chambermaid about the food, he said she would just say she never made mistakes. It was not worth it The toilet kept running and instead of hassling them, I dealt with it. The toilet paper was the kind that is probably about 25 cents a roll.The people were nice but the room was just not prepared well. Also, my lampshades were cracked and there was quite a bit of chipped paint in the tub. I generally stay in hotels in the 60-100 range so I am not one to expect flufffy towels or fancy...

Upon entering my room, I noticed hair clippings on the bathroom floor and gnats present around the sink area, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.
I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, but the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. No effort was made to offer another room, a cleaning service, or any form of apology. He just told me, well I already got paid so you have to contact booking.com he said it very rudely
