I think the management or ownership has recently changed because the quality has changed significantly. I always get a powder manicure with extensions. The last time I went in there, someone new did my nails- which is fine. I’m usually happy to see whoever is available. She was really, really nice. But did a terrible job. Removal of the old manicure was far too rough. When gluing the extensions, she put huge amounts of glue underneath my nails. I was pulling clumps of glue out of my nails for days. And I chose a dark powder color. My hands and sleeves ended up covered in it. And within a couple of days, the manicure looked dull and old. And because of how rough the old manicure removal was, my natural nails are a mess and will take a while to be healthy again. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back...

She tried over charging me because my shape of nail and design was ‘difficult’. If you do French tips regularly, it’s not hard to do just because my shape is different. She lowered her price after debating because my sister had just gotten French tip WITH stickers AND gems yet only Charged her 50 something.. I only got tips and she tried coming for me for OVER 70 ! Not only that, she cut my finger and the quality of work is BAD. Trash quality, trash professionalism. Never again. Don’t bother, save yourself the trouble. I’ve always love the Hi Nails in Warwick. The techs are sweet and do a great job! They have now opened up this new location in North Kingstown in the corner right next to the pickleball courts and TJMaxx. It is much smaller and peaceful. Nice music and where you can relax at the end of a stressful week. The prices are really good and have discounts if paid in cash.
