The Frozen Cow — Restaurant in North Kingstown

Went for the first time tonight around 8:40 pm. Other customers were outside, enjoying ice cream. We did not see anyone inside but heard music playing. I rang the bell. Waited several minutes. Nothing. Rang the bell again. Waited several minutes. As we started walking away, two girls and a guy burst out of the back. A girl came to the window and her eyes were watering. We asked for a small chocolate soft serve in a sugar cone. She told us that soft serve could only be given in wafer or waffle cone. We asked for a waffle cone. She gave us a chocolate soft serve in a wafer cone. SMH. When I asked where everyone was, she acted innocent and said, "Oh, there's a doorbell right there you can ring." Yeah, I know. Ice cream itself is great. However inside the building smelt so bad like black mold. And last year I went to bring my kids, the parking lot was flooded, it hadn't rained. There was a worker taking out trash, I asked jokingly if it flooded. The worker replied the sewer/septic tank bursts. So flooded with human waste... gotcha. Thankfully my kids hadn't stepped out into the puddles. There was no sign, no warning and they were still selling ice cream to unsuspecting customers the entire day... might have been Nanas at the time still still...

Waited 30 mins. Friend ordered maple ice cream, strawberry topping with nuts. Was first told they couldn’t mix flavors. Huh??? Then after arguing with the very confused girl, she got her sundae with hot fudge. No one mentioned hot fudge. So she asked her to redo it. She waited another 15 mins and then got in the car. I asked her if they had to milk the cow to get the ice cream it took so long. She opened her container and had strawberry ice cream with strawberry topping, no nuts. We already spent enough time there… someone needs...
