My trip to Kohl's started with an Amazon return. I had previously returned something last week as well, so I had that awesome 25% off coupon, and I was gonna use it! My girlfriend and I had been eyeing a new ninja coffee maker, as well as a toaster oven and some other kitchen gadgets, which made the coupon even more valuable! I am browsing the appliances and I'm having a hard time. I can't find correct price tags, or even where the stock of items were that were displayed with price tags. I look around for an associate and I see one at the end of the aisle stocking vacuums. I walk to her to ask about prices and she literally looks away, and then walks away. WHAT!? It's whatever, I'll move on. I see the kiosk and I start to look to see if the ninja and other items are available there, I find them, add to cart, and I can't use the coupon. I've likely spent less than 50 dollars at Kohl's over the years, so losing my business is nothing at all, but it's still an absolute shameful way to run a business. But I'll move on, with a ninja...

I usually shop for clothes here. Was looking for a long sleeve Izod shirt in February, which apparently is a little late for buying winter clothing (I never said I was good at clothes shopping). They didn't have it in medium, but one of the ladies there gladly looked up the remaining inventory in the other stores, found a medium size in the Warwick store, and offered to call them to hold it for me.
