This place was so horrible!! I had came to her for my quinceañera nearly a whole year before the party itself and she promised me my dream dress in a custom color and I never received my dress. We paid in full 7 months before the quinceañera happened and she kept lying to our faces promising and saying different days it’d get here in and promising it’d be here in time, two weeks before the day she admitted we weren’t getting the dress and made me pick a new dress within 5 minutes and I was forced to pick a dress I didn’t want on my special day.She took our money and showed no sympathy to me and my family, she provided NO financial compensation claiming my new dress she forced me to take was more expensive than the dress I ordered but I don’t care. For how expensive the dress was this service was horrible, I would never wish this problem on any quinceañera, it was meant to be my big day and she ruined the whole day for me. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HERE, FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES MENTAL HEALTH PLEASE STAY AWAY, the strain this place put on me and my family has never been matched, please don’t make the same mistake...

I wish i could give NO STARS !! The lady is extremely irresponsible and careless! I had placed an order for my daughters dress to be custom made, which the lady said it would be ready in a month or so. The event was in 2 and a half months away plenty of time for any alterations right?? WRONG the dress arrived LAST minute with only a week to spare! when we arrived to the store to have my daughter try on the dress the dress was waaayyy too short and NOTHING like we had agreed on! Mind you I had sent her pictures of the dress it needed to resemble when i placed the order!!! I was EXTREMELY UPSET and demanded my money back. She was very rude and careless did not even offer to help resolve the issue. I took my money & left stressing about having to find my daughter a dress with only 1 week left. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!! you are better off going to the Rancho Swap meet...

Dont go to this place! The lady just wants to take your money but communication is out the window, Went to purchase a dress begining of the month she never called or answered my calls until 7 days later she said they didnt have it, Then she wanted to give me another dress which i didny even like but i needed something because the deposit is non refunded , So she told me it would be ready to give her a call which i did keep in mind party was on saturday dress was not done she told me she will have it ready by noon to call her i did no answer the whole event passed i bad no dress!!!!!! Pesimo...
