Park Hill barbershop — Local services in North Little Rock

MY BARBER (GARY) WAS A NO CALL, NO SHOW.

First time I’ve TRIED (key word) to visit this establishment. Was not able to actually experience anything.

Showed up 15 minutes early - a military thing. Waited in my car because it can be annoying when people actually walk in early. Got out of my car 5 minutes early - none of it mattered - the doors were locked at 1:00 PM. I waited until about 1:03 PM before jiggling the door knob again (just in case I was the idiot) - nothing. Gave a little knock - nothing. Got back in my car, waited until my clock said 1:05 PM, then I had to leave. I’ve got things to do. And waiting on a barber for my FIRST VISIT EVER is not on the list of things I need to be doing.

FANTASTIC as always. Excellent service. Great quality cut. In my opinion, if you leave unsatisfied, it must be partially your fault. Gary ensures that I’m completely satisfied. When I was a new customer, he would cut it progressively and take a moment to pause and make sure that he was going in the right direction of how I wanted it to look. He ensured my satisfaction in parts of the cut rather than just the end when it’s too late to add hair back. Always a fresh and crisp cut! Oh, & great company also. Parkhill Barber shop is the best place around to get your hair cut! I have been coming here for about 2 years now and have never received anything other than professional and excellent service. Very family friendly place that has 2 highly qualified barbers providing high quality cuts at a competitive price. Plus the shop is just cool and has a very old school atmosphere.
