Old Mill Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

We stopped in to Old Mill Pizza on our way back home, driving cross country at the end of our vacation. We called ahead for a carry out order. The person who answered the phone and took my order was really nice, and told us the wait would be 30 minutes. We arrived after 15 minutes and headed in. The place was full of what looked to be content customers and we were immediately greeted and invited to have a seat. We went to the register for carry out and by the time we finished paying, our pizza was ready to go. The entire staff seemed really nice.

It is a total shame that such negative comments and rating were left here on Google review two years ago, clearly in retaliation for the manner in which this restaurant re-opened. The restaurant seemed cleaned to us, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and the pizza was good! My only reason for a 4-star review rather than 5 is because in our traveling we have come across pizza crust we prefer more to the pizza crust made here - but it was still good pizza. I applaud any small business over making it through...

I get this place has attempted to survive during the pandemic, but I'm certainly not going to come here again when I'm in town. As you can see from the comments, a bunch of anti maskers, and a bunch of phonies. Two years in and these ppl still don't comprehend simple med-science. Not to mention, this pizza ain't good enough to get sick over (both due to the greasiness and due to ppl who don't care about anyone but themselves).

Are some of the comments fake? Yeah. But it's from both sides. Some of the good reviews are fake, as are the bad reviews.

For so many "dO yOuR rEsEaRcH" folks commenting, they sure aren't doing theirs. This place has had some terrible issues in the past year. The staff is fantastic to some folks and rude to others.

Try being someone who comes in to town every so often... it's fine, though. There's plenty of other businesses who respect all customers. Not just some. As well as have consistent quality. It's a shame, bc the first time I had this, it was good. Just kept going...

My family and I decided would would try this pizza place even after hearing all the horrible reviews that was the biggest mistake ever. we got the Mexicali Blues Pizza and ewwww it was nasty and cold and the the Rumors about the roaches our true. i didn’t see any live ones but saw more then one dead roach. when i asked the lady a believe to be the owner if they could make us a new pizza or even heat up the cold one she refused and then when i said fine then keep your pizza but i’m not paying she then started to yell at me and called my boyfriend the “n” word i was so upset and felt so belittled by this woman that i just threw the money on the table and left with my family in tears. i will never ever go there agian next time we are in...
