Fujiyama Express JFK — Restaurant in North Little Rock

We have tried this place more then 4 times now from a recommendation. Sushi is my favorite food, I am always looking for the best sushi for the best price. This place is my favorite place to get sushi!! Every roll I've had has been fresh and delicious. The price is great compared to other local prices and the quality is top notch. The hibachi is amazing as well, I've tried the scallops and my husband had the chicken. We both really enjoyed all of it! The gyoza were very crunchy but so juicy inside, add the sauce and it's perfect. We also tried the veggie croquettes. It's a 2 piece item, there was 3 of us. The lovely woman who served us noticed and cut them in half for us making 4 servings! They are just so friendly here 💕. The building is quaint and tucked away. It would be easy to miss driving by. Inside it is very warm and cozy. I really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. I haven't found a flaw with this place yet!! Definitely recommend...

We had our first visit tonight and it was an amazing dinner. From the time we ordered to the time our soup was at our table, was less than five minutes. Sushi was out about 5 minutes after that and our hibachi dish was just a few minutes behind. In total, under 15 minutes for all of our food to be brought to us. The onion soup was so full of flavor. The Salmon Roll was light and fresh and the Cowboy Roll is a must try! We had the steak and chicken combo hibachi which was perfectly cooked with layers of flavor without being overpowering. They even asked how we wanted our steak cooked which doesn't happen very often for hibachi. The prices are very reasonable, especially given the cost associated with everything these days. The restaurant is small, cozy, and no frills which is exactly what we like. Our service was great as well. This will be our new go to place for sushi and hibachi. Can't wait to try...

Wow. Great Asian food has been hard to come by in Little Rock so far, but for Japanese food, this will be my go-to. Everything was great. The sushi was fresh and tasted just right, the steak was cooked just as I asked, and the crab rangoons were full of good high quality crab. I have to say I was disappointed they were out of takoyaki, because I've only had good takoyaki once, and from everything else here, I can tell it would have been awesome. But, I tried their jalapeño poppers instead, which I would normally avoid because I always get pre-made frozen things I could just as easily make myself. Holy cow, would I have missed out! These poppers were amazing, like nothing I've has before, and have ruined me to all other jalapeño poppers for all time. These are it, as good as it will ever be. If you like spicy, go try these!
