Kippot World — Local services in North Miami Beach

Terrible customer service!! I ordered kippot for my wedding in October and the color was different from how it was pictured on the website. I ordered the color "Rust" and what arrived was much closer to the "Dark Orange" pictured online. I understand colors will not be exactly as pictured online, but this was way too close to a different color offered on their website. When I emailed the customer service team to let them know they sent me the Dark Orange not the Rust they told me that they shipped current rust dye lot, but when I emailed back explaining that it wasn't the right color they stopped responding (I reached out to them multiple times to try and see what could be done).

I can't believe I spent $430 on kippot that I don't think I can use. They took forever to be produced and ship and now I don't even know if I have enough time to order more for my wedding. I would NEVER order from this manufacturer again. I would have been more understanding if they bothered to answer my follow up emails but they completely ignored me. Terrible customer service experience. Buyer beware!!

Ordered custom suede kippot for our wedding, and the color that arrived was so far off from the color that was advertised online. I understand there are no refunds, but when we asked customer service about the color discrepancy, they said that could happen based on the fabric in stock. Some of the kippot were even completely different shades from each other! We were so disappointed with the color we received that we ended up ordering different kippot from another company to use in place of the ones we bought from Kippot World.

The terms and conditions they mention in response to other reviews is very misleading. When you go to purchase something from their website, the "I accept these terms and conditions" is located next to an "Update Subtotal" and "Continue Shopping" button, so it is not clear that their terms and conditions are referring to coloring of their items. Would not purchase from Kippot...

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, inefficient vendor I have worked with. After nearly 2 months and 38 emails of unnecessary back and forth with Hanna Dorfzaun to try to place an order, she decided that she would not fulfill my order. For over a month I have been asking for them to give me an invoice so I can place my order officially and she has not done so. Her emails are filled with typos and inconsistencies. Their prices are outrageously expensive. I would NOT trust Hanna Dorfzaun or Kippot World with your money or you vision or your time.

Update: After posting this review, Hanna looked me up, found my place of employment, called my place of work and spent several minutes assassinated my character and calling me a terrible...
