We ate here on a Sunday afternoon and despite there being only 3 other tables eating the entire time we were there, the waitresses never checked in on us, asked us how things were, or brought us water. I ordered a flat white and it came in a latte cup, and was a glorified burnt cappuccino. The steak salad came in a small bowl with French fries piled on top. Waitress never asked us if we wanted condiments, etc. My food came out ten minutes after my husbands and she didn’t apologize, nor did I get a steak knife for the steak. Steak was well cooked but really tough and hard to cut. It also had wayyyy too much fat that should have been sliced off prior to serving. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to give us a check and my husband had to call her out from the back. Why the waitresses are also making all of the food and drinks is beyond me. I would only go back for the empanadas, which were good. Otherwise, food is overpriced and...
Read moreWe recently had an excellent dining experience at this Argentinian steakhouse. Our party ordered several items including the Pinkriver Salad, Picanha steak (medium rare), and the Entraña Skirt Steak (medium well). The quality of the meat was outstanding - particularly the steaks which were cooked exactly to our requested temperatures. The fact that they grill the meat outside adds a wonderful authentic smoky flavor that makes the experience special.
The presentation and quality justified the prices, which are reasonable for a steakhouse of this caliber. The sides, including french fries with both steaks, were well-prepared and complemented the meat perfectly. Their juice and lemonade offerings were also refreshing additions to the meal.
Total bill came to $127.44 for our group, which felt fair for the high quality of food and service. This is definitely a 'hidden gem' in the area and we look forward to returning for another excellent...
Read moreThe owner was super nice, ambiance inside is very nice and inviting. However the place needs major attentions. Floor was simply dirty. When you eat your food you can’t stop looking at food that’s dropped on the floor. The bathrooms weren’t always very clean. Also leaving the door open lets mosquitos and flies to enter. It was annoying to eat indoor and small flies were coming to the food. The food was ok but can’t say it was the best quality. Pizza dough was very hard. So all overall we probably wouldn’t visit again not because we hated the place or anything but simply the lack of attention to the place was very noticeable. It’s a shame because owner was super nice. Hope it can recover as the North Miami area definitely can use a good...
