M&M Nails Expert — Local services in North Miami Beach

Last week found online, liked the reviews, made an appt. I ran late, called and arrived 10 minutes after scheduled. Tech was still working on client before me, so waited another 20 minutes, which I was okay with. I wanted a mani/pedi with regular polish--I don't do gel. It was not until I was in the chair that the tech told me (1) she doesn't work with regular polish (not mentioned on website); (2) the prices/services on the website are not accurate as each tech contracts and sets their own prices (again, not mentioned on the website). After have been a client for several months, one time had go to have a retouch after a gel manicure was coming off after only 3 days, including the design that were charged individually. When arrived to the salon , I was told I had to pay extra for the work , even if it was a retouch . The woman in charge literally labeled me as LIER, BAD CLIENT and shouted that I WAS PLAYING GAMES to get a free manicure. Terrible service, I wont recommend anyone to get their nails done there , despite the quality of work other times was good with other staff, the manager does not have idea how to handle politely and professionally...

Honestly the worst experience, I got Barbara and she has a nasty attitude, very unprofessional, least helpful, she’ll touch your feet and give looks. Like seriously I went for a freaking pedicure, being this the case it’s obvious my feet won’t be in the best shape lol and if she doesn’t like it, she should find her self a new position. As soon as I left I gave them a call and spoke with Gabby and put in a complaint, Gabby lovely lady as the rest of the girls who work here. I guess I was the unlucky one to get nasty Barbara to work on me, being my fist time here, I definitely my last. will never come back...
