I went here when they first opened and had a very enjoyable experience. My most recent dining experience was AWFUL. My girlfriend and I sat down and completely ignored after that. We watched two people stand around doing nothing while three of them worked. The waitress took the order of the table next to us, and walked away not even to ask us if we wanted drinks. At that point said "excuse me miss" and she continued to walk away. I had to WAVE someone over just to get an order in. Admittedly our food came out very fast, but still nobody came by at any time to check up on us or see if we wanted to order anything else. Absolutely ridiculous experience, would never go back again. I rather drive much further to get better food an better service. Food is pretty average and they try way too hard to make it upscale. Complimentary shrimp chip appetizer was stale and inedible.
The only person to help us during this experience was the busser. He saw us sit down and immediately gave us water. He came by to fill our water, and was the only one to realize we were finished with our meal. We ended up having to ask him for our check. This was when our waitress made her first and ONLY visit to our table to deliver the check. They were hardly even busy, this was before the...
Read moreMy favorite Vietnamese food in all of Miami!! I am half Viet so listen to me when I tell you, you cannot go wrong with any dish here.
I wouldn’t consider ourselves regulars, but Debbie our waitress somehow always remembers our order - so I guess we are! Even details as specific as how I like nuoc mum instead of peanut sauce with my spring rolls.
We’ve started trying different things on the menu to shake things up (for us, and Debbie) and she still remembers what we had on our last visit. This is a lost art.
Nothing ever disappoints. The pho is amazing - especially the grilled chicken or beef pho, which is a rare find. Here are all of our favorites:
grilled beef or chicken pho bun bo hue (spicy, rich, and loaded) wok tossed noodles (must get egg noodles crispy with beef - it is chef’s kiss) bo luc lac any of the spring rolls roasted duck egg noodle soup banh xeo (extra lettuce to make your own veggie spring roll)
So thankful for this restaurant and everyone that makes it as good...
Read moreIt was Saturday evening, my regular Vietnamese was closed for a private party, so I had to find somewhere close. I found this place on Google. I ordered the vegetarian spring roll and Vegetarian pho dish. This place is beautiful, clean and very accessible next to Total Wine. I got my order went to the car, I bite into the spring roll, it was not vegetarian. I hesitated but I decided to go back. Spoke to the manager. She apologized, said I should come back and she would take of me. I was ok with that, I didn’t believe it. Next day I invited my neighbor and we returned for dinner. The food was really good, service was on point. I told the waiter my name and just like she promised the meal was taken care of. What I enjoyed the most was that 1)she kept her word, 2)the food was authentic and 3)the place was family friendly. I even checked out the bathroom. Clean & tidy. I guess this will be my new Vietnamese spot. Sorry, I forgot to...
