Welcome to the 1950’s. Booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with a male employee since the woman I usually book with was off and there was no one else available for the time I wanted to come in. Zero issue. Arrived to my appointment, got checked in, and was informed shortly thereafter that this salon does not allow male customers to be serviced by male employees and I would have to wait for someone of the opposite gender. I was then told they were booked and would either have to come back later or wait for someone who isn’t male to become available. Greatly confused, I asked to speak with the manager to make sure I was hearing things correctly. He refused to approach me so I eventually went up to him to address the issue. Instead of apologizing or trying to clear up any confusion, he pointed the finger to the male employees and said they do not like to service male customers. Refusing service solely based on one’s gender, when there’s zero compelling reason otherwise to deny the service, is discriminatory. For some reason, he also went on to confirm that their online booking system doesn’t prohibit male customers from booking with male employees as if the issue is the system and not the fact that this salon is actively engaging in these type of practices. You decide if you want to give this place your business, but I’d strongly encourage you to look somewhere that is operating in the year 2025....

Way back, I used to come here. This was my go- to nail place before I tried to centralize my life a bit more around where I live in order to save time in traffic and destress my life.

Anyway, I have had many good experiences here. There are talented nail techs including Melissa, Cindy, and Boy (just to name a few).

My nails would come out perfect every single time. As a tutor and teacher, it was always important for me to look presentable and have nice nails. Hands speak volumes!

Unfortunately I am no longer in a situation to enjoy going to nail salons anymore. It is a luxury.

I’ve been going to Phu for a few years now and followed him to this amazing nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier! The salon is always spotless, and the atmosphere is so welcoming.
