Starbucks — Restaurant in North Miami

This was my first time trying this location and it was not the best. I was kindly greeted by Dionte and Stephanie in the usual Starbucks manner I ordered my coffee and bagel double toasted per usual. My drink came out in a satisfactory time and made to perfection but once it was time for me to receive my bagel it was not to my liken. I politely ask Ashley if she can toast my bagel even though I already asked for it to be double toasted. Instead of trying to make the situation right she wanted to be passive aggressive and ask if I wanted to toast it three more time. I responded by letting her know I would just like the inside of my bagel toasted and she continue to be condescending in her tone about toasting the bagel 3 times. She then placed my bagel down and grabbed the wrong bagel even after I told her that was the wrong bagel she completely ignored me and walked away. Stephanie then came over to make the situation right but I nicely told her that was the wrong bagel. I seen that she was a little overwhelmed so I tried to reassure Stephanie that she was doing everything right by just listening to the customer ; something Ashley was failing to do in that moment. Stephanie then reimbursed me for my entire meal and apologized for the misunderstanding and I received a recovery card. Her and Dionte are the only reason I had a decent experience at this location. I refused to take the refund but she insisted that I take it she really tried her best to make that moment...

I can see why no one comes INSIDE this specific starbucks. The manager had an absolute horrid attitude when she was asked to do her job. I came in for a specific item, that was supposedly in stock, the app was wrong and the item wasn't available. I instead grabbed a different to-go souvenir cup (worth 14$), I had a credit of $20 to get a free souvenir cup. My credit was added to the order, but I hadn't realized the price difference until an associate rang up the item and told me the price. The transaction was NOT PROCESSED OR PAID FOR YET, it was essentially a price check. I told the associate that I no longer wanted that item .. She called the manager over to fix this transaction. The manager had the nastiest look on her face, didn't treat her associate with respect, did not even bother to greet us, AND GAVE ATTITUDE THE ENTIRE TIME. I didn't realize doing your job was that much of an issue. She at first refused to provide me with a refund and when i asked for a gift card to compensate them using my credit, she didn't bother to ask anything and returned the credit back to my app. Why would you lie about not being able to return my credit? All because you refuse to spend a second longer at the register, IS NOT MY PROBLEM. It was November 6th at 5:19pm, even after this she did not say anything...

I'm a current Barista at Starbucks . One thing about my work ethics and my customer service is that I do every drink as if I was making it for myself. I take pride in that! I went through drive through The cashier took my order well But the person executing my drink did not do the proper techniques to make a brown sugar shaken expresso .make expresso, get shaker add syrup add ice shake! Pour milk and if you like to top with sweet cold foam! Simple . The berista did my drink as if it was an iced expresso ! Added syrup in the cup =/ it's shaken for a reason the foam from the shaker gives that drink its name. she then grab the top of the shaker shook it in the cup added milk and added sweet foam and I paid $7 for a tall seriously I've only worked at Starbucks for 3 months And by the 1st month you at least know how people like their coffee if you're a barista take passion and what you do like if you were doing it for yourself do it with love . just a regular customer I had not said that I was with Starbucks just because I wanted to experience my drink as a regular customer I called the store a couple times to speak to a manager and just to speak to them over the phone but since they seem to not answer the phone you get a review and I don't write much reviews I only write if...
