😡😡😡First time buying in mattress firm. I highly don't recommend them as a veteran, and a law enforcer. Please stay away after 3 years my mattress starting sagging in the middle and they denied my claim, I sent pictures of two inch sagging and they said thats normal....I been having back pain for the last week, but its normal wear? Please stay away please take my warning. Please do. I hardly write stuff like this and they gave me a case number Mattress Firm | Case 04807838 denied..... they have a good sell pitch and treat you good when you are in the store cool and deals....but when you file for a claim I even bought that mattress cover. Mattress is new but sagging they will not stand behind their warranty....like what do I got to lie about? Why would I even write this if its not true my back hurts for weeks aka firm turns to sagging and it messed up my back. You have been warn. Don't trust their warranty, if no warranty why pay so much. I uploaded pictures please don't fall for these bought reviews. Even in the picture you can see the middle mattress sagging. Also my mattress support is good and legs. This is the newer mattress also don't need box spring. Goodnight, Don't buy from this company, it's rubbish, it has no respect for its customers. I bought a mattress 5 months ago, I bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty, firstly the mattress didn't open the 12in as it was in the description, I also bought the metal set they recommended, I followed all the store's instructions. From the first week I had respiratory crises and my wife had skin allergies, but I never thought it would be a problem with my new thousand-dollar mattress, this week I moved house and during the move I discovered that the mattress had mold, I immediately went in I contacted the store to open a complaint, they said I would have to open a complian online, I described the whole problem, I requested an inspection to show that the mattress did not have any wet spots or humidity to cause mold, I even sent many photos because the mold is growing in the foam of the mattress, the 2 mattress pads have no mold, and of course the mold was there and just grew. 5 months with breathing problems and pain in the body. We are having a terrible experience with mattress firm! Bought an expensive Temperedic After month went back to store we were having extreme neck and shoulder pain. We were told needed try for several months. Around the 110 day mark kept calling store was told manager was the only person that could do anything but never returned our calls. Finally was able to go to store In person and manager said we could only exchange for another temperpedic They told us the next model had 30% more pressure relief After a week neck was worse went back to store after going to dr and being told not to continue to sleep on this type of mattress Now we are out $5000 + dr bills Manager told me I should jump on bed to break it in and I couldn’t tell after a week But now I can not lift my arm!
