So yesterday, My wife and I order our meal online and was told to come to the store to pick up the meal. When I arrive I told the manager our order, he turned away and disappeared for ten mins. When he came back he began counting the cash and receipt from the the delivery guys. About this time I’ve been waiting for 20 min and several other people arrive to pick their order. Instead talking to anyone he continued to ignore everyone and went about his business. After 45min he finally decide to talk to the people outside and told us they where very busy. One woman Upset that she has been waiting 2 hours to received her order and it wasn’t processed at all. When he finally talk to me, he told me my order was still not ready. At that moment I pointed out that I told him figure out that my order have been sitting on top of the oven since I’d arrived and he was ignored me and my food for an hour. When he check he my order again he finally realized he just left my food out side for an hour and letting it go cold. When he gave me my food, I told him I’m still missing some items from my order, he told he doesn’t have to deal with my order or any of the people who where waiting for the food that day because he is too busy or in my opinion he just didn’t care. I tried calling to complain about the service but customer service put my wife and I on hold till the customer service operator just hang up. Honestly, I don’t know how a multi-national company like Pizza Hut don’t have a working customer service staff, but this experience is the reason I never like ordering from Pizza Hut. I made an order over the phone at 9pm and called back at 10:30 pm to check if my order had left. The employee on the phone told me that my order was cancelled and that he would ask the manager why. I said yes please ask him because i never canceled my order and I have been waiting for my food for dinner for an hour and a half. He comes back on the line and states that the manager cancelled the order because the driver was at my apartment, called, didnt get an answer and "left to make other deliveries". I explained to him that i never recieved neither a phone call nor a knock on my door, the employee says "theres nothing i could do about it what do you want" and i asked if I Could speak to the manager. The manager gets on the line and says "you wanted to speak to me" and I said yes I would like to know why my order was cancelled and I was not even aware of it. I have been waiting for my pizza for dinner for an hour and a half, i never got a phone call from the driver and my phone had been working fine, he didnt even knock. The manager goes "well our driver calls and if theres no pick up he leaves and im the one who tells him to do that" i said are you serious? You call once which i didnt even get a call, dont even knock and never inform me that my order was cancelled?!? I was infuriated and all he could say was well you will get your money back on your card. Not even trying to resolve the problem or do anything for the customer as a good manager would do!! Read moreThis place is the worst of the worst, I get scream at yelled at by a Latina hood rat with none to zero education that Pizza Hut hired as a leader. The food was left over the chicken was so hard that no one can bite in it. I come to the store with the food hoping that she will redo the order or maybe refunded me the money. She came out screaming and yelling her ghetto self at me she took the food locked the door and telling me she won’t redo the order nor refunded me my money and walked off. Imagine making 2 orders of the same thing just because they fell to deliver the first order which I made at 11 am and it was passed 1pm and still wasn’t there. To my mistake I thought the order didn’t go thru so I made a carry out order and I drive to get it in 30mns. What upsets me is the fact that I have been a faithful Cust for over 4 yrs of the same location. Not only I didn’t get any food in return I didn’t get my money back and the delivery order wasn’t canceled. I called Cust service and file a complaint, I am waiting to be contacted by upper management.
I am so disappointed by pizzahut corporation for failing to train or educate the leader of this particular location. You can’t hire that Latina hood rat as leader.
