I have never complained about a house rental and probably never would have if this man was not so rude .First off I was traveling with my family of 14, 8 of which were my grandchildren . Arrived and cleaners were still in house which was not a deal breaker for me this stuff happens . Owner or who ever the guy is pretty muched rushed into having me sign off on papaer work which assumed for any incidentals that occured not that I was signing that I ispected every inch of a ten bedroom house that I spent $8000.00 to rent for a week , Who would think you wouild have to, Well live and learn this place was disquisting hence all the cleaning products we purchased . Linens smelt so bad we washed ,Second day whole downstairs floor started to smell of cat urine which I will assume is mold as shown in vent pictures . A/c broke on first floor which a tech did come out to fix but upstairs thermostat kept resetting at night to 74 degrees leaving us waking up to a ball of sweat everyday .Address both issue of smell on numerious occasions only to be blown off .Hot tub was filthy which never opened when walking around with him we open on our second day .Pool which he did say needed some work looked just like needed bottom repainted not whole bottom resurfaced because holes in it which grandson hurt foot ,And to top off whole trip I sent message 2 days in row stating that we could not be picked up with our xtra ride until 11/1130 which when no reply assumed okay because of all the issues we had . But no I was wrong basically kicked us out on porch and locked doors on us leaving 8 kids in the heat and at one point refered to me as a big mouth from up North which I am glad that my husband or son did not over hear . So know I am sure his reply to my comment will be that I am in the wrong and that he would never invite me back but thats okay I would never come back and that is his comment to any one in any review that I have read that does not give good review !!! Wish I did more research into this place , I have never had a problem with any Airbnb I have rented in past Attached are...

When we arrived we were greeted by the host and well informed about the property and its amenities. Great location! Ample space for everyone as we only had 11 adults and 1 Child. Could have had more people with plenty of room still. There were plenty of utensils and appliances. Extremely Close walk to a beautiful beach and the Front balcony had a view of the ocean as well. The pool was great with a large backyard ,outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and fairly new grill with a large accommodating deck space for eating and relaxing. Noticed small and new improvements to the property freshly painted and neat and clean. Already booked...

The house was the dirtiest house I have ever rented. There were feces on the toilet seat. The sheets and comforters had spots and stains all over them. There was hair all in sinks and tubs. The dishes were dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. When contacted, the owner sent someone to clean and she did the bare minimum. The toilets were still a mess and we had to clean ourselves because the owner claimed he lived too far away to come. Please consider this review before renting because the other reviews are completely false!!!! I have rented a lot of places and this by far was the WORST. This place was cleaner when we left than when...
