I will not even go to Krave Bagel anymore because the owner and employees just do not get it when it comes to containing Covid19. I am in the age group most susceptible, and always wear a mask to protect others, I expect the same in return especially when it is the LAW! The BAGEL PORT CAFE AND DELI, in Galleria Mall is close, their food is as good or better, the bagels are always delicious, the place is cleaner than Krave, they have outdoor tables, and the staff gets it when it comes to protecting their customers, they wear masks properly. Call ahead if there is a certain type of bagel you like, they will hold them for you, they go fast.

TO OWNER: Your version of your staff's actions differs from observations. You yourself, introduced yourself as owner, and came to our table in the customer seating area WITHOUT A MASK, stood over our table wanting to talk, and only left when I held my hand up asking you to give us some distance because you were NOT WEARING A MASK. Regardless of the mask, you should have kept some distance. The NMB Compliance Officer would help you understand your obligations. I stand with my review, and thank you for reminding me to write a review for THE BAGEL PORT CAFE and DELI, with 5 stars as you recommended. It's too bad, because your food is OK. Glad to be out...

Look, I loved this place until today. There was a DoorDash issue yesterday and when I called the owner explained in detail what I needed to do to get what I wanted. I even over charged myself in the app to get what I wanted. But today was just unacceptable imo. The amount of butter on my croissant was insane!! Load my bagel with cream cheese please! (I’m from Jersey and that’s just how we do) but that amount of cold butter on a croissant is crazy (see pic for reference). When I went in the store the young lady at the counter was super dismissive and slightly rude. I get it I’m from Jersey and I’m a knucklehead too but sheesh. The customer service in this place is sub par. It takes a lot for me to even write a review and I hate sharing negative comments about a family own business but please, train the employees to be more compassionate when it comes to handling customer complaints. Again, I appreciate you guys even trying to remake the croissant but that cold hard stick of butter ain’t it. I suggest using a softer butter from a tub so that it spreads thinly on a softer surface. I know the owner’s response to this wont be pleasant but oh well. Treat your DoorDash customers the same way you’d treat a customer walking through the door. I’ve never had a bad experience when I order...

Today was more than disappointing. The owner of Krave is rude beyond measures. My girlfriend ordered two Bagels and a chopped salad, after 20 min and only 4 guest in the establishment, she asked for a refund. Work lunches are only so long. After she asked nicely 4 times for the money to be returned, he came out of the kitchen threw our salad and two cold bagels in a bag (even though we were eating in), here it's done. I was shocked. I explained we had no time to eat now that we waited the majority of our lunch period for my food, he then yelled at me, told me to call ahead next time and the he didn't care that we had to wait. After hearing how disrespectful he had shown my girlfriend, I raised my voice and informed him treatment wasn't acceptable, he reluctantly and bitterly behaved like Mr. KRAB FROM SPONGEBOB , and returned our 13 dollars. I hope the 13 dollars was worth the loss of a local guest. I left out the ever so sweet, and kind lady behind the counter couldn't keep her hands off of her nose. Not a good experience at all.

Make the drive to Calabash , the Bagel Dock is efficient , clean, and...

Moved to Myrtle Beach about seven months ago from New Jersey and spent six of those months looking for bagels that were like those found in New York/New Jersey. Praise the Good Lord Jesus we finally found it. KRAVE BAGEL is about 40 minutes from home and we only found it by chance on our way to Tanger Mall. We normally wouldn't travel that long for a bagel but the stomach knows what the heart wants. We have been through the drive thru several times for bagel egg sandwiches or bagels with lox and cream cheese but yesterday was the first time going inside. We never imagined it was so big and roomy. Tables respectfully set apart from each other. And clean as you can only imagine. But what was most astounding was their selection of extras to make your bagel your way. Oh, and did I mention that the bagels are delicious on their own? In a blind taste test I wouldn't be able to tell a KRAVE BAGEL from the bagels at Katz's or Carnegie Deli back home. WE ❤ KRAVE BAGELS AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF. If you insist on a real bagel and not just a piece of bread in the shape of a donut, you've got to get to KRAVE BAGEL.

My husband, the Die Hard New Jersey Boy said "this place was not bad" we typically go to Big Apple Bagels in Surfside which does an outstanding job but since we're staying in North Myrtle decided to try Krave bagel. The place was pretty cool inside had a nice atmosphere had Fox News on the TV. Seem to get through the orders pretty quickly lots of places to sit. Also a good place to stop because there is a bargain Beachwear store next to it to shop. Parking was adequate and nearby you can find a Starbucks and a Dunkin' Donuts or Krispy Kreme. We had Taylor ham and cheese on a french toast bagel. I had never heard of a french toast Bagel but I thought it was good. Although I think Taylor Ham would have been better on a everything or a garlic or or onion or plain bagel. Would definitely go back. Our total for the two Bagels was $13 and some change.
