I love bringing my son here to get a treat. The employees are so sweet and patient while your child tries to decide what chocolates they want š The place is clean and well kept and smells delicious. You can get pre-made boxes of chocolates or make your own mix with whatever you want. They have sugar free options too. I believe they have a few ice creams as well. I have yet to try one of their caramel apples, but they do look delicious and picture perfect and I will try one eventually cause they do look good. I don't like the bridge mix though. I've never had bridge mix with chocolate covered fruit before and I didn't like it. Too much fruit (cough* apricots) and almonds and not much of anything else. I only got a couple cashews and one macadamia nut in this mix. I honestly don't know many people that like chocolate covered fruit with the exception of cherries and strawberries. I prefer the traditional nuts(Brazil, cashews, macadamia, etc) with malt balls or caramels so I'll have to skip on the bridge mix and get that from See's, but everything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service at Mrs Cavanaugh's is top notch. We have been stopping in for a treat for years. One of our favorites is the caramel apples - until this year. Last year I believe they were made in this store and had the perfect amount of caramel on them. You could pick between red and green apples. They had a flavor that had some white chocolate on it then sprinkled with cinnamon called the apple pie. It was amazing! This year when we stopped by for our first caramel apple of the season, we found out that this store does not make the apples in the shop any more, they only use green apples and the apple pie caramel apple does not exist. We tried a different apple that had peanut butter and peanuts. It didn't have as much caramel on it and we just prefer the red apple It just didn't measure up to the caramel apples last year. I don't think we will be going back for another caramel apple. Hope the chocolate dipped strawberries in the spring don't suffer the...

I got the enormous Cherry that has some fancy name. Wish that came in dark chocolate.
The older woman working here could not be better. I gave two extra stars for her. Three times in one momth- she is always prompt to the drive-up window, pleasant and product knowledgable.
Makes the experience nice and I feel happy as I pull away (before indulging).
Wish my tastebuds were happier. Not bad, I'm trying to find something exciting product wise here. Not quitting...yet.
Across the street is a high-quality handmade ice cream shop, "The Creamery"; their product...
