A Puff Above — Local services in North Olmsted

My review may change not sure though🤔 I purchased an Elite hookah on the day they shipped in. Used it 3 times and stopped due to parts not screwing in.

I recently brought it in for replacement parts and was told there are none and nothing they can do. I paid almost $100 for this and only used it a few times and there's NOTHING you can do?

I have the receipt date as well from my credit card company. They can at least give a store credit towards another one. It's CLEARLY a malfunction in the parts.

I'm waiting on the manager/owner to call me back. I will update after...

Dude.. I don’t know how to express how much a love this place without sounding like a bot. Their prices are freaking INSANE. I buy 7OH products regularly and I’ve been wasting so much money now that I see how cheap these guys are. Smoke shop brands are typical under-dosed and over priced. The few brands that aren’t underdosed are usually expensive as hell, but the prices here are comparable to online prices. The employees are so helpful, patient and kind. Like this is a literal dream of a smoke shop. I’ll literally drive 40 minutes out of my way every day to come here...

This place is the absolute best anywhere in town! They always have the lowest prices and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have an insane amount of selections for hookah and vapes!! They have everything here! Anyone working here will offer to help you if you are uncertain about something They even have a humidor! I'm not kidding when I say they have everything!! However you prefer to relax, they have it here, and cheaper than anywhere else, trust.

I don't buy from anywhere else...
