The WORST Arab jewelry experience I have ever had! I visited this store a week ago after seeing them at the Suhoor Fest in Cleveland last year, BIG MISTAKE. From the moment my mom and I walked in, the women working were monotone, unwelcoming, and frankly rude. Despite this, I purchased a pair of earrings I knew were overpriced and also paid in advance for a repair on a name necklace I had made in Palestine. The request was simple: shorten the chain and move the clasp so the name would sit to the side. I was told to return in a week with my receipt.

When I returned today, the necklace, which was supposed to have been completed yesterday, was not ready. I had already driven an hour, yet I was told to come back three hours later. When I did, the same dismissive behavior continued. The necklace was not positioned to the side like I had paid for and the employee who gave me my necklace rolled her eyes, made faces, and repeatedly questioned why I would want the clasp moved to the side. She told me I could just “twist the necklace” to achieve the look I wanted, an absurd suggestion, as the clasp is the heaviest part and would always shift back to the middle…and I PAID for a service I didn’t receive! When I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she grabbed my phone from me and took it to the back. Meanwhile, I could hear the staff speaking loudly about the situation, which is highly unprofessional.

Eventually, a young man came out and admitted they could not do what I had asked. I explained that should have been communicated BEFORE taking my money and altering my necklace. He then said he “doesn’t work with customers” but could weld it back together, despite already weakening its structure. At that point, I declined further work, stated this was poor customer service, and left.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The rude attitudes, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer experience were appalling. On top of that, I was told there would be an additional $50 charge just for paying with a card, which is outrageous.

This store is overpriced, lacks variety, and clearly does not value its customers. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior I experienced should serve as a warning- save yourself the frustration and take your...

There is always a first time, Today was the worst experience I've ever had in life. Today I was judged by my appearance and color they not knowing I am a foreigner to, I was at the door,a young male and a young female looked at me, the young male ignored the fact I was there, the young female was talking to somebody, when I was about to leave They still didn't open the door someone was walking towards the door, And I was so disrespected that I decided to leave. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this people Ever, We have to teach our young generation how to treat people, So I will not blame the young male/female. They just following what they see.

Answer to their response, my girl was there couple days I go and made a big purchase from them, she suggested me to go check them out so i can buy some gold as well, I went yesterday and because The sign says by appointments only I left. She then told me I didn't need an appointment, because she didn't make one when she was there. On my way out from guitar center I decided to stop by again. And was treated it worse customer service ever, so your excuse is not Valid. And not accepted

Don’t come here. If i could give it a zero I would. Terrible business practices here. They price gouge bc they are the only gold store in Ohio and now I understand why majority of the Arab community here in Ohio leave the state to buy their gold. 21k gold per gram is $87 today and these guys want to charge $113 a gram. I was quoted $650 for a plain gold ring that would weigh 3-5 grams. They have a big sign saying “no negotiations”… every thing is negotiable. They only do this because they are the only gold store in the Cleveland area. I reached out to another jeweler for the same ring same 21k same weight it came out to half the cost. This place is a scam, they don’t show respect. They treat you like you are stupid. I’ve been in sales my whole life and never seen or heard of the stuff they are talking about. Walked out feeling so insulted. I wish i would’ve never bought my wife’s klada from here. Never coming here again and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
