The lady who helped me was so helpful and kind. My experience there was top notch all the way around, from the phone call I made, to my visit in the store. I was in a rush, and she was extremely accommodating. Because I was in such a hurry, I was unable to speak with her more while I was there, but she answered all of my questions on the phone and it was a very pleasant interaction. Generally, I order online, but it is invaluable to have a local shop to go to for high quality kratom when the desire arises as opposed to low quality gas station kratom. I’ve been using kratom for 6 months and have been looking for a trusted local shop for some time. Unfortunately, this one never came up in my google search. I drove by and saw the sign that said ‘KRATOM’! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Karen and Josh. I immediately felt comfortable and wasn’t treated like a dollar sign. The shop is clean and inviting with a little sitting area, which is nice. This isn’t some vape shop or gas station selling impure products, this is third party tested and all the knowledge comes with it. Best kratom in town! So I moved to the west side of Cleveland from the east side. Couldn’t find my go to kratom spot so I’ve been buying online. Which I hate bc you really don’t know what you’re getting and the usps takes forever.
