This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been inside of. The crew members all look disheveled and like they hate their job. One guy wiped sweat off his face with his gloves hand and didn't bother to change his gloves before starting someone's order. The line was a hot mess. The rice wasn't completely cooked and tasted like the lime had gone bad resembling a metallic taste. The beans were all dried out on top and looked like they hadn't been stirred in hours. The chicken was all completely dried out and near empty. The fresh section was full of cross contamination. Corn in the pico, sour cream drippings in almost every container. Again most everything down to the bottom. Not stirred or combined and not replaced. Went to get a fork, napkins etc and there was spillage from the fountain machine pretty much everywhere. 2 of the 4 drink machines, the lemon and the mandarin completely empty. Spilled food on most of the tables as if nobody there even thought about a lobby check. The first time I actually went inside I never even ordered due to the food looking exactly the same way and never being acknowledged that I was wanting to order so I just left. I thought maybe that was isolated but when I went in there today, it was confirmed. HORRIBLE! hope you don't have dairy issues etc because YOU WILL HAVE SOUR CREAM IN YOUR FOOD. Cross contamination, not changing gloves, employees looking like they hate their job. Just awful. Either get a whole new staff in there or shut it down. Such a sad representation of a great...
Read moreSo far for a new location you would think it's been around for long long time, like most chipotles they start out peppy and hype to be new... then die off into a hey I just work here atmosphere. But this new location has shot straight for slow service, everyone looks like they can't wait to end their shift and they get upset when you tell them you are waiting for the ingredients you want in your meal to be ready. One of them being rice..... which in most orders is the main part!? so a 9 min wait for rice and 11 min wait for brisket which is currently plastered all over as their current promotion.
I was excited that this new location was close to home and had all intent on being a re-peat customer but im not sure after this second visit. Consistency is here but in the wrong direction.
Final note i left with only my girlfriend getting her order. The deal breaker for me was observing the person starting the order touching all the tortillas and just the food area in general , wearing the same pair of gloves... sweep the floor, play in his hair , scratch his face then go right back to making someone's order that just walked in. I have to say for $11 + a meal not counting extras, I won't be back at all I have to agree cilantro down the road way...
Read moreBeautiful place. Amazing people. Phenomenal food. Workers are always smiling or laughing in the morning. Portion sizes are always great(one spoon=4ounces=chipotle standard). The employees are required to follow the book, is what I’ve learned from asking. Chipotle standard for rice, one scoop, they don’t exceed that amount unless you ask. Happy guest, happy chipotle. The “stingy” topping sizes, by the book should be, one scoop for salsa, if you get more than one salsa, by the book, they have to do half scoops of each. The stingy serving of guac, by the book should be a scoop of guac. Some people want extra food without paying and get mad when the food is made in front of them but don’t speak up. Been coming here since they opened and never had an issue. Super friendly staff. People expect them to be smiling 24/7. That’s not realistic. When my food is being made, they don’t smile because they are making food. When I reach the end of the line, I am given a smile and a “have a great rest of your day!” You can’t be rude to the employees for doing what they are...
