Dan's Fan City — Local services in North Palm Beach

We have bought 4 outdoor fans from Dan's Fans over the years. They are not the cheapest fans, but they are the BEST fans you can buy. Their customer service is superb and the quality of the product speaks for itself. We are moving hence the additional purchase, but our outdoor fans installed 8 years ago are still running great, which is why we will only buy Dan's Fans for the new house. UPDATE - I went in a few weeks ago because one of my lights was not working. The gentleman there was so GREAT! He tested and confirmed that it was not working. We have purchased all of our house fans, from Dans Fans, on US-1, in North Palm Beach over the last 20+ years. Anytime we had a question they would answer it! In my most recent purchase in April/May 2019, I installed an outdoor fan on my patio. I thought I had it all right, but it wouldn’t run. I called the store and spoke to the Owner T. She checked my account and came to my house and made a house call. It turned out I reversed 2 wires. T fixed it in 5 min. I asked her if I owed to anything and she replied, No! Replacement Service Stinks! We need a part for our Dan’s fan. We originally bought 6 fans from Dan’s Fans. But now that we need a replacement part - they are letting us down. Continually being told the part is coming in late in the afternoon or next day - it has been weeks! Summer temps - we need that fan working!!! Very disappointed there is no followup and no sense of customer service!
