Nancy's Flowers and Gifts — Local services in North Palm Beach

My husband ordered online from Telaflora. Telaflora contracts with Nancy's Flowers, so they created and delivered the order. Even though my husband paid for the Premium bouquet which was supposed to be double the flowers, they sent the smallest bouquet and when I called Nancy's Flowers about (what I thought) was a mix up, she claimed that because Telaflora keeps the majority of the money, they only create what they get paid for even though it is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what you order. She also claimed they "always do that" because they are a small business and they can't compete. Beware!! Do not order from them. I would also be careful ordering from Telaflora if you live in Palm Beach County, you may end getting only half of what you pay for if they go through Nancy's Flowers. Received the bouquet of flowers 1 day late as they did not leave the flowers on the actual birthday. No problem but then the flowers arrive and they are missing the main ingredient in what should have been there - the SUNFLOWERS! What reputable florist does not have sunflowers in July ??! Publix has sunflowers. If Nancy could not fulfill the order as advertised she should have passed on the order so another florist could do the job as advertised.I called the store this morning so they can make this right and was told that they have the right to substitute … yes but not what makes up the majority of the arrangement . I can't begin to express my marvel and delight at the quality of the dozen roses that were gifted to me by a friend from NY for my birthday. I have never seen more beautiful roses, of such premium quality and so splendidly exceptional in form. I marveled at how long they lasted - over one month till I reluctantly threw them out. Never have I ever been more impressed. And I might add, when I was not going to be at my house at the time of delivery, they were graciously brought to my workplace, which just happens to be around the corner - but that needn't have been offered.
